Duties & Responsibilities

AI & Automation Solution Development

• Assist in building and testing AI-powered solutions using LLMs and GenAI tools.
• Support the development of small end-to-end GenAI prototypes such as chatbots, copilots, or workflow automation tools.
• Experiment with prompt engineering techniques and help optimize AI-generated outputs.
• Research and explore emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and improving AI workflows and automation solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Solutioning

• Work with team members and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Help translate business problems into practical GenAI or automation use cases.
• Prepare simple demos, documentation, guides, or presentation materials when required.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute ideas proactively and collaborate effectively within the team environment.

Requirements

Technical

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Basic programming knowledge, preferably in Python.
• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
• Exposure to GenAI tools or APIs such as ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or simple AI/automation projects is an advantage.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about the latest AI and automation technologies.

Experience

• Prior academic projects, hackathons, or personal projects related to AI, automation, analytics, or software development are a plus.
• Experience building simple GenAI prototypes or automation tools is an added advantage.
