What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.

Experience

2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts and fine-tuning of LLMs is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and version control (Git).
• Understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).

Additional Skills

• Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams with engineers, designers and business leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Curiosity to explore, willingness to learn and openness to experiment.
• Good communication skills to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
